Sensei LMS Quizzes not being graded or reset

    Hello,

    We are having some trouble with Sensei LMS quizzes on our site.

    Customers will take a quiz, but will not receive a score for it, it will only say they needs 70% to pass the test. When they click reset quiz, it wont reset either.

    Here are the QUIZ SETTINGS we have for all Lessons:
    1. Pass required to complete lesson? YES.
    2. Quiz passmark percentage? 70%.
    3. Number of questions to show? All.
    4. Randomise question order? Yes.
    5. Grade quiz automatically? Yes.
    6. Allow user to retake the quiz? Yes.

    We have all the Lessons’ quiz settings setup like I have explained above, but still randomly as customers are taking quizzes, the system won’t grade their quizzes or allow them to retake/ reset the quiz. The buttons to ‘Complete quiz’ and ‘Retake quiz’ are not working. When we click those buttons, it just simply refreshes the page but doesn’t make any changes. The quiz isn’t graded, it’s not showing the score, which it usually does. So ideally, it should grade the quiz, if score is more than 70%, it will display the score and ask the customer to go to the next lesson; if the score is less than 70%, it will display the score and ask the customer to reset and retake the quiz. But it’s doing neither and the customer is unable to move forward in the course.

    Please look into this and advise what should be done.

    My apologies for the delay in responding!

    This makes me think itt’s possible that there might be a conflict with one of your current plugins or your theme.

    Try disabling all of your plugins except Sensei LMS (and extensions). Then try testing again to see if the issue persists. If that resolves your issue, you can find what was causing it by enabling each plugin one by one while continuing to test.

    If that doesn’t help, you can also try switching to the Twenty Twenty theme via Appearance > Themes, and test again. If the issue is resolved then you know it’s a problem with the theme, and you’ll need to contact the theme author for further assistance.

    Tenemos los siguientes inconvenientes:

    1. En cada lección se realzó cuestionarios para evaluar el rendimiento de los alumnos, actualmente contamos con 2 alumnos (estado de prueba), los cuestionarios o exámenes no aparecen en cada lección sino como un menú aparte al lado izquierdo sin lograr modificación alguna, no aparece: “Completar prueba”

    2. Los videos, se ubicaron con la opción: insertar un enlace, no en el espacio asesorado en curso Tomado en Web Empresa. Están ocupando mucho espacio.
