Absolutely yes, this two plugins developed and supported from different people.

No, it is the first time, that’s why we thought that it is fake review, but now we understand that it is just confusion.

We are tring to resolve and help our user issues, so it is not right to leave review for our plugin instead of Contact Form 7.
