Sending using SMTP

    Version 4.0.18 of FSCF
    Version 0.9.4 of WP-Mail-SMTP

    My small hosting provider appears to require SMTP mailing. So per the FAQ on the FSCF site, I installed WP-Mail-SMTP. I got it configured so that the test mail from WP-Mail-SMTP sends successfully (I should say is received successfully).

    It would appear that from the SMTP FAQ post on the FSCF site that simply installing and configuring WP-Mail-SMTP will cause FSCF to use SMTP instead of php mail (or wp-mail, etc.) to send. Is this correct?

    I ask because I still can’t get the FSCF test mail to succeed. No error messages are produced. It says it sent it and to look for it in my inbox, but it never arrives. So I’m thinking that it did NOT send correctly or at least not via the tested SMTP route.

    What can I do to debug this?
