Sending two different messages?

How do you send two different emails when a form is submitted? I feel like this is a pretty common requirement so I must be missing something. For instance, when the form is filled out I need the user to receive a “Thank You” email and the site owner to receive the results of the submission. I’m not seeing this in the mailer options, what am I missing?
