On Review for Discount email settings, we have all the fields filled out. We add our test email and click send test and it gives error “Please re-save settings and try again“. i read another thread where someone else had this issue and it showed as resolved, however never really was resolved. The Review Reminder works, but not the Review for discount test email.
Let me check this issue for you. Could you please share screenshots (full screen) of options you maintained on the “Review Reminder” and “Review for Discount” tabs of the “Reviews > Settings” page?

Thank you but you are still not sending the screenshots that I asked for. The screenshots that you shared seem to be from the “Emails” tab of the plugin’s settings.
Could you please come out from the “Emails” tab of the settings, after that you will see that there are other tabs like “Review Reminder”, “Review Extensions”, “Review Forms”, etc. Then, I would like you to take screenshots of the settings you maintained on the “Review Reminder” and “Review for discount” tabs and share them with me. I hope my explanation makes sense.
Please enable at least one option to send a discount email after submitting a review form (aggregated or on-site review form) and select a coupon type (existing or new one), save changes and send a test email again.
