    hi there,

thanks for your great plugin. sending with mailpoet sending service worked until a few days ago. the error message says: “perhaps too many subscibers” which cant be the problem, becaus my client has only 30 subscribers.

the delivery rate is good (also no bounces), task scheduler is working. there is no plugin issue, as far as i know, because sending worked flawlessly until last week.

thanks for your help, perhaps you can point me into the right direction!

  • The same problem for me, it stopps sending after 119 from 375 subscribers. It seems that the “MailPoet Sending Service” does not work reliable. The error message is not very helpful. Any advice on this?

i just wanted to tell you, that even after plugin updates, this problem still exists.

perhaps anyone can help? thanks in advance!

Reason was that I had to many hard bounces that apparently increased the spam score. Clean your list from bounced email addresses and try to contact the support to lift the ban… they will give you some more recommendations (https://www.mailpoet.com/blog/wordpress-emails-going-to-spam/). Or stick with sending your mails with the web server.

    thanks for your reply,

    infact, there were no bounces.
and i thought, that this is the place to contact the supprt, am i wrong? 😉

but you are right, i will start sending with the server again, sending via mailpoet should be the more elegant way…

    thanks!

    Hi @tiggerkater,

We were able to check your account and the MailPoet Sending Service has been paused for you due to sending blacklisted URLs in the transactional emails.

Please refer to this article: MailPoet Sending Service Anti-Spam Policy

You should go to MailPoet Settings > Advanced > Send all site’s emails with… and select “the default WordPress sending method” option.

After doing it, contact us so we can restore the sending for you.

    thanks for your response!

do you have a best practice procedure, to find out which email/url is blacklisted (so i can tell my client? and perhaps delete it?)

i changed the sending method to “default wordpress sending method”.

at the moment i am sending through the server, after restoring, i will change to mailpoet sending service (ok?)?

    thanks in advance!
