sending mail from web form

    Hey there
    I’ve got a web form created for registration on this site: http://www.russianballetacademy.com/?page_id=93. I’ve installed the wp-mail-smtp plugin and configured it and tested it successfully but my question is how do I call it from this form so that it sends email using the plugin?

    can anyone refer me to instructions for how to enable a standard html form to send email through wordpress?
