  • Hi, I’m getting this message all of a sudden when sending a queued broadcast:

    {“status”:”ERROR”,”es_remaining_email_count”:100,”message”:”EMAIL_SENDING_LIMIT_EXCEEDED”}

    Any idea what this is?

    Hi,

    This message comes when you hit your hourly sending limit.

    You can set the Hourly emails sending limit from Email Subscribers > Settings > Email Sending > Maximum Emails To Send In An Hour.

    Once you hit the limit, the system stops sending emails during that hour. Emails are in a queue and will be sent out in the next hour.

    You can increase the limit if your email host allows you to send more emails.
