    The plugin works all right, except when (in the mail tab) I use an email address from my domain in the To:-field, either in Mail or Mail (2). I don’t receive the mail that is supposed to be sent.
    Any other mail address works fine.

    As I understand from the setting up instructions, mail(2) is sent only when the primary Mail has been sent successfully. This puzzles me, because I do receive Mail(2), but not the primary mail.

    My provider says all settings on their side are okay.

    Any idea where to look for a solution?

    I have a similar issue.

    When the To: field has an email address from a domain not in the site, the form sends perfectly. When the To: field has an email address that is the same as the site, the page gives the red bordered error message. The only thing changed in the form is the To: address, everything else is the same.

    I’ve read on help pages that perhaps the host needs to look into the mail settings, is this a case where I need to do that?

    in my case it was indeed a problem that only my hosting provider could solve. It took them about 10 days and quite some insisting on my side that it really really really was nót due to WordPress itself or the plugin.
    Their explanation afterwards: “your domein was attached to a VPS instead of a shared server”. Don’t know if this can help you out.
