    Hello!

I constantly get this error after 45% of the Email has been sent successfully:

“Das Senden wurde wegen eines technischen Problems mit SMTP pausiert: SMTP hat einen unbekannten Fehler zurückgegeben. Unbearbeiteter Abonnent: (ClaudiaXXX <info@…>)
    Prüfe deine Sendemethode-Einstellungen.”

Basically it says, that due to a technical problem with SMTP the sending is paused, The problem is unknown. I*m told to prove my sending parameters.

If I do so, everything works fine. The Text-Email is sent successfully.

I already reinstalled the plugin using the latest version 3.38.0

    But I still get stuck.

Is there a solution? What could I do?

Thanks in advance for your support,
    Christopher

    Hi Christopher,

This error happens when an email you are trying to send to is invalid. The MailPoet sending service automatically handles this and doesn’t pause the sending.

If however, you’re using a third-party sending method (SMTP) etc. You’ll need to remove that subscriber from your wp-admin > MailPoet > Subscribers and then re-start the sending.

    Thanks!
