Great plugin! I’m using the free version at the moment.
I am having trouble sending emails out to people submitting forms. I am sending the confirmation email to the administrator’s account (with the correct from email and everything).
We just need to have the email field as part of the form correct? It should just send a confirmation email with whatever message I set in the form settings automatically right? I am wondering if there’s something else I need to enable…
I have used accounts both within and outside the website domain for submission tests. I have even used the same account as the administrator to test it. Again, I just receive the email sent to the account designated as “Email to send submissions to”. But there is no email going to the person who submitted the form.
Any help would be appreciated.
