Sending Duplicate Emails

My form is sending duplicate emails to the website admin every time somebody fills it out. How do I prevent this and have it only send one email?

All settings in the backend appear correct, and I do not have duplicate entries in the “to” field.

Hello,

The plugin sends only one notification email by email address entered through the attribute: “Destination emails (comma separated)”

Be sure you have not entered the email address two time, or that is not installed any other plugin in your WordPress for sending emails.

No, duplicate emails are still being sent.

Hello,

The duplicated emails seem not be related with the installed plugins, so, I guess the issue may be related with the settings of web server or form. If you prefer I can check your form settings. However, I recommend you to install a SMTP connection plugin for sending the emails through the SMTP server instead the web server.

Done. Please let me know what you find.

I’ve installed WP SMTP plugin and I just got it working now, but this duplicate email issue was happening before that.

I believe it only happens on the WoodChip request form.
