I have a client who is looking for something like http://www.thenoticerproject.com (the site seems to be down at the moment so I’ll do my best to explain).
On the home page, there is a link that brings up a form in a modal window. You fill out name, email address, comment, friends name and email address and click submit. Once you click submit, the content of the comment is “live” on the home page and the same comment content is then emailed to the friend. I know I can do this made “live” immediately part by using either tdo mini forms or using comments, however, I’m stuck at how to get that content emailed to the friend. I also know I could create a form using cforms to get the content emailed but I don’t know how said content would then become live on the site.
So if anyone could offer suggestions, plugins, etc. that would be terrific.
