 * Impossible to find how can i change the sender name when i receive the email 
   in my email. With contact form 7, it’s very simple to choose that. Somebody can
   help me ?

 * hi, thanks but i’m in the avanced setting for email notification and there is
   on only : AJOUTER UNE PIÈCE JOINTE
 * there isn’t all the setting like in your link.
 * Maybe it’s in other way ?
