sender mail(2) problem

When i use mail(2) to send a copy of the submitted form to my clients, my emailaddress (as sender) shows up in their mailbox with < in front. When i don’t use < > the sender’s name is WordPress. If i do use < >, the < shows up in front of my emailaddress, but the > doesn’t show behind it. How can i solve this, or just use my company name instead of my emailaddress as sender?
