On my woocommerce webshop I utilise Sendcloud for my package handling for my customers, but since I’ve started using BPS the synconisation with Sendcloud stopped working and is reporting a 403 error which after some troubleshooting found out that some part of BPS is causing this 403 synconisation error.

Would there be a way to bypass this so I can still use BPS and also make use of sendcloud’s service?

A typical fetch url looks like this: https://nendoaddicts.be/wc-api/v2/orders?page=1&filter%5Blimit%5D=100&filter%5Bupdated_at_min%5D=2025-04-08T10%3A38%3A33Z&filter%5Bmeta%5D=true&filter%5Borderby%5D=updated_at&filter%5Border%5D=DESC&consumer_key=ck_fba7702a224f28d45ad&consumer_secret=cs_429ff6d05f2a21527f69

    https://nendoaddicts.be/wc-api/v2/products?filter%5Borderby%5D=updated_at&filter%5Blimit%5D=1&filter%5Border%5D=DESC&fields=updated_at&consumer_key=ck_abcd1234&consumer_secret=cs_abcd1234

If there’s anything I can provide in terms of more info then I’d be happy to provide it.

Thank you for any information you can provide me with.

I tested the Query Strings and they did not generate a 403 error on my test site. The Query String contains one half of a security condition that would be blocked by the DB SQL security filter, but without one of the other various conditions it would not be blocked. Post the BPS Security Log entry that shows what is being blocked in WC.

Just took a look at the site and either the host server is having major problems or the site itself has major problems.

Thank you for looking into this, I might have jumped the gun on this one, I’ll look further into it to what’s causing this issue.

Thank you either way for checking it out!

Just checked the site again and it is working fine. I see one possible cause for the 403 error.
