    Among others, the email settings allow:
    * Event Submission – Email to Administrator
    * Event Approval – Email to Submitter

    I would also like to send the submitter and email upon submission. This lets me give them details on the timeline for approval – and to pitch them advertising for the event they submitted.

    I’d love to see it as a built in option – or if anyone has ideas how to configure it outside of the Events Manager settings.

    EM user here too…

    Unfortunately that is not possible within EM, unless you do a lot of custom coding. EM has no email template “left” for you to use as such. 😉

    But…
    This does sound like it should be easy enough to be integrated in my EM add-on Email Users Pro. I will look into that. Thanks! 🙂
