Support » Plugin: DHL for WooCommerce » send tracking link again to customer

  • If customers asked for sending the tracking link again to them, I can not find a way to do so at the backend. I don´t even have the chance to see the Tracking-Number or a link to the DHL tracking website.
    Any idea to resolve that problem?

    ok. i found the link to the DHL tracking website on the “order notes” widget. that`s great. but I would love to have the possibility to send the tracking link to the customer by email again. sometimes customers are asking again for the tracking, because they didn´t see the first email or whatever.

    any chance to include this in future updates?

    You could create an additional order note, and copy and paste the message with the tracking link.
