Send To dictated by list

I’m wondering if there is a way to set the “To:” field based on a user selection in a select list.

I have the following list:

West Coast Sales
Mountain Sales
Central Sales
Eastern Sales

If a visitor selects ‘West Coast Sales’, the form response should be sent to westcoast@domain.com. Similarly, if the visitor selected ‘Mountain Sales’, the form response should be sent to mountain@domain.com.

I don’t see anything in the docs that suggests this is possible, and before I start hacking up a perfectly good plugin, I was hoping someone else had found a way to accomplish this need.
