Send to a friend?

Hello,

I have only virtual products on my site, which sells vanity email addresses. You can order name@domain.com and set a forwarding email.

I would like customers to be able to check a box that says ‘this is a gift’. They would then enter another email address, a send date and a note. On the set date, an email would go to the forwarding email address saying they received this vanity email as a gift. The additional email would be where the receipt is sent.

Now I found this page on woothemes where the replier says this plugin has ‘send to a friend’ functionality. I installed it, though, and I don’t see this. How can I make this happen?
