# send reservation button doesn't work

 * Hi guys
 * Weird problem to start the new year. I have some (9) events on my website, Event
   Manager always worked great but now when you fill reserve your tickets and push“
   send” nothing happens.
 * I checked other send buttons on my website. They all work it’s only the event
   manager dat won’t work.
 * there are no new theme updates so that could’t be it. But folks can’t reserve
   for our events anymore. Any idea how to solve this?

 * just to narrow down the problem and help us debug the issue is it possible to
   try the following temporarily:
 * – deactivating all other plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this
   works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(
   s).
    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems
 * also, do you have sample link to your site for us to see and analyze please?

 * Hello
 * Apparently the new version of events-manager uses jQuery. My theme didn’t have
   that. I forgot to add that when I wrote it. So after a theme update with jQuery
   supporterd it seems to work again: [http://www.theatervonk.be/evenementen](http://www.theatervonk.be/evenementen)
 * The only weird thing is that the plugin replaced the theme footer. No idea how
   to fix that.
