    Dear Woo Team!

    I am facing a send order failure problem. If an order is filled up on the checkout page, when the “send order” button is clicked, the order is don’t happening. So actually the last step is not working. After if you click the send order button, coming a continuous loading process what never end. The admin is get the order in Woo orders, but admin and client is also don’t get email about it. The successfull order page also not displayed.

    I tried to switch of my optimize and Woo product custome fields plugin, but is not help. Actually the WooCommerce not finish the order. Can you help me sort this issue?

    You can send test order with “Banki átutalás” payment process what mean wire transfer.

  • Hi,

    I understand that on your checkout page, the last step to confirm the order is not working as expected.

    Could you please check again after switching the site theme to Storefront, and disabling all plugins except WooCommerce? It this working? If yes, it means there is a conflict, and you can then go back to your original theme and then reactivate the rest of the plugins one by one until you find the cause of the issue, as explained in this documentation: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

    Regarding the emails:

    To check if the emails are being correctly generated and sent. You can install the WP Mail Logging plugin, and then create a test order.

    If emails are being generated, then there is a good possibility that the server is blocking them from being sent. I will recommend you to search for a dedicated SMTP Provider as documented here.

    Hi Igor,

    I changed the theme for Storefront and deactivate all plugins without WooCommerce. The situation is same, so it not help.

    Let’s check your logs. So please, provide us the following:

    • System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    • Error log: share a copy of the fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available)

    I checked your site’s checkout page, and I can see that the Place Order button is now enabled on my end as you can see below:

    I tried to place an order on your site using the built-in payment gateway Direct Bank Transfer (BACS), however, it seems that I am stuck with the loading icon as you can see below:

    For us to investigate this further, can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled, create a test order using Direct Bank Transfer (BACS) and see if this is successful?

    If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

    If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

    As for the error logs, these are pointing to the third-party plugin WC Kalkulator: by Krzysztof Piątkowski – 1.6.1.     Dear Xue,

    Yes. This is my problem how you describe it. As you can see above I tried same test and it not help. I enabled the Storefront and deactivate all plugin without Woo. Nothing change.

    What you see in the log that was made by Wp Optimize plugin. I saw it write as Wc Calculator but the team of Wp Optimize told it made by Wp Optimize plugin. The Wp Optimize team is fully sorted this and now don’t have any external problem on the website. My server’s PHP engine blocked the use of error_log function. As they told. We modified it.

    Can you help me why not goes throw the order? As I write I can provide you login details in private email for see it better. I wait only sort this problem before the website start.

    Firstly, please never ever share (or offer to share) any login credentials on the forum, as a safety measure for both the forum volunteers, as well as for your site. This is not allowed, as per the forum guidelines.

    After inspecting your sites browser console while attempting to check out, it appears that there is a wc-ajax 500 error, as seen below:

    To clarify, does the issue persist when the WP Optimize plugin is deactivated?

    If yes, please contact your host and ask them to make sure that your cart and checkout pages are excluded from being cached, as this may be related to caching of the checkout page.

    I asked them and they don’t use server cache. So it not cache problem.

    Do you have version rollback opportunity without lose datas?

    Thanks for clarifying!

    Can you try the following and see if this makes any difference:

    1. Deactivate and reactivate WooCommerce – if this doesn’t work, move to step 2.
    2. Delete WooCommerce, download a fresh copy here, and install.

    Just to add – deleting the WooCommerce plugin will not affect your WooCommerce data in any way, all orders, customer etc will still be there once WooCommerce has been reinstalled.

    Please ensure that you have a good backup of your full site and database in place before doing this, so that, should something go wrong, you are able to easily restore your site to a functioning state.

    If that makes no difference, I’d suggest checking your server-side error log for any information that could identify what is causing this issue.

    Please share any findings with us here so that we can take a closer look.

    I fixed it. The PHP version make the fault. I used PHP 8.1.14. when the problem is up but when it switched to PHP 7.4.3. it is fixed.

    Possible to set up the redirection url when the visitor click to “continue shoping buttonin the cart page without coding? The redirection default goes back to same product what is already in the cart. It just give extra exit website apportunity for visitor. Much logic if it goes to the webshop page where all of the products displayed for choose another wished product.

    If it not possible modify without codeing, possible to ask it in the next upgrade?

    Regarding redirecting the continue shopping button, I recommend you to check out this article that explains a work-around, but please note it is using custom code, you can add the custom code to your functions.php file, or you can add the code using a plugin like the Code Snippets, please check below for more information:
