Send new post to another wordpress blog (auto repost)

I have two wordpress blogs (both self hosted). One used only for photography and one for various stuff.

When I post a new blog post to my photography blog I would like to reblog that post automatically to my other wordpress blog. Ideally it would behave like the “publicize” things that are already possible (Sharing Settings), like send to facebook/twitter/tumbler etc.

The resulting can also only consist of some lead text and a “read more” link that then links to the original source of the blog post (like when I manually use wordpress “press this” button to reblog an article).

I searched for plugins that can do this but I have not found one that offers this. Does anybody know of a way to do this?
