Do you use any plugin that controls the users access rights ?

For example Advanced Access Manager – https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-access-manager/ ?

The plugin has an option which by default enables “User Level Filtering”

When this is enabled our plugin can’t access users to check if the agent is online.

A solution from our side is to disable that specific option.
