    Dear Booking Calendar, I didn’t quite understand what the approval of the schedule is for. When I approve the schedule, how is the user notified of the approval? Is there a way to send an email when the Status is changed to approved?

    I tested that the email with the receipt of the schedule works, but how to send another email confirming the approval?

    Hello.
    1) After visitor create new booking, this booking by default have the “pending status”.
    You can set all such bookings as available days in calendar, you can configure it at the Booking > Settings General page in Advanced section.

    2) You can approve pending bookings at the Booking Listing page. Approved bookings will be showing as unavailable days in calendar.

    3) You can activate and configure “Approved” booking email at the Booking > Settings > Emails page.

    Ok, this work well and visitor receive e-mail with receivement.

    2) You can approve pending bookings at the Booking Listing page. Approved bookings will be showing as unavailable days in calendar.
    Ok, I saw bookings and seted the Status to Aprooved but in this moment is possible to send confirmation to visitor? By default I would like to set bookings in pending with unavailable days fot other visitors until I set status to accept or reject and leave the day as available again.

    I forgot it to comment, I still using Free version to test.
    PS: I translated some words in your project in website wordpress, how to update translation in my instance?

    Yes, its “approved” email template at the Booking > Settings > Emails page. You can activate and configure it at the Booking > Settings > Emails page.

    Until now I can´t find this option Booking > Settings > Emails page, I saw that in addons into payed version has this option but in Free version that I testing no, It´s correct?

    Hello.
    Emails tab exist at the Booking Calendar Free version.

    Open the Booking > Settings page and then click on Emails tab.
