send mail by localhost server

    hi. i am trying to send mail from localhost by xampp for test my website before publishing it. but i cant send any email, even for registration form and reset password form. i searched many sites but any one can’t help me. do you can? tnx a lot..

    i use mercury mail server in xampp and configured php.ini and some lines in mercury configure file.

    What error message are you getting when it can’t send you an email?

    Not even in your Apache error logs?
