Send Invite Codes

    I am using WooCommerce with wordpress. I would like to make my store accessible to members only. I want to send invite codes to allow people to register as a member. Once someone is a member they can also send out 5 invite codes and so on.

    Do I need custom code for something like this? I searched for all the plug ins and none of them seemed to accomplish that job.
