Send in questions and post them with answers with WP?

Hi there,

I am used to working with wordpress and am planning on using it for a bigger project.

In short: people need to be able to somehow send in questions and then other people need to be able to view the question pool and post an answer to that question. In the end a question should have multiple answers.

Selected questions need to be posted on the frontpage by admins.

What’s the best way to achieve this via WordPress? Plugins I assume?

I realize that basically a forum does that but I don’t want that typical forum look. It should be more like Yahoo! Clever.

(I am willing to pay a few bucks to anyone with experience regarding this specific topic but you would have to discuss this via skype with me)
