    Hi,

We could add an option to switch the email content type to HTML but there’s no HTML in the email message itself. Can you share some more info on why you need it to be HTML?

    Hi @medtr

If it’s just a matter of new lines there’s no need for the HTML content type.

It should already be like that, there’s new lines applied exactly the way you mentioned.

Are you getting the email message all in one line? If that’s the case, can you let me know which email client do you use.

    Hi @medtr

Can you send over the URL to the website and make sure “Enable Carbon Copies” option in the plugin settings is enabled. That way I can try it out and receive the same email you do and see what’s happening.

it seems that wp smtp was causing this behavior.
i replace it with post smtp mailer and emails are showing correctly now (one per line).
    thank you again.
