 * Hi Nikhil Gawali,
 * Is it possible for you to add feedback section on the ticketing system, so the
   clients can evaluate the support person response.
    Something like on this [image](https://postimg.org/image/wmyelfq5h/).
 * You could add some of yous commercial links at the bottom of the support ticket
   page on websites, with option to remove them if someone give you some donations:)
