 * – Unfortunately, the delay section is not enabled for that action type, it is
   only enabled for “X Time” action types
    – You can trigger abandoned cart mail
   by selecting the “X Time after Cart Abandoned” action type

 * Not sure what you mean. You can indeed send emails for abandoned carts. Just 
   create a new send event and choose the “X time after cart abandoned” Action Type.
