Hi Alain do you know what changed before this issue begun? Can you also enable debug mode and check the log file?

    Hello mrbsolution!

    Thank you for your replie.

I think the problem is when I installed the plugin Cookie Law Info, but I’m not sure.

For the debug, how does it work, please?

    Best regards

    Hi check the following URL?

    Thank you

Thank you for the link but I have a question.

My problem is, I don’t get the message from my website after one sell but, I get the message from papypal after the payment. Is it ok for you ?

But, when I see the PayPal Link you set me, “Do not receive the IPN” is checked!

    Do you understand me?

Hi, yes I understand your comment. But at the same time, you can see a red square around the following option Receive IPN Messages (Enabled). If you enable this option in your PayPal account your issue will be resolved.

    Okay, I understand.

But, are you sure that is the solution?
I have never changed this option in PayPal…

Because, my problem is here : See example

For about a month, with this option checked (see the image), I don’t received the mail.
Before, I received the mail of my website.
And after, I receive the mail of PayPal, of course!

    Do you understand me, please?
