A bit more complicated:
If the order is a cancelled status. And status of order is MANUALLY changed to “PROCESSING”, Customer do not receive any EMAIL. This is a quite strange behavior as this is the standar Woocommerce flow.
It is not that, when the customer makes the purchase and has not yet paid the seller is receiving the email
And from what I saw on the net you should receive the email when it is being processed. What is not happening

@pmiguelfpereira, Let me help you out with our flow, when a customer places an order, we send mail to the vendor. If the order status is “on Hold”, “Processing”, “Completed”.

May I know are you changing the main order status or sub order’s status. So we can help you out accordingly.
