    Sending emails to mine and the customer’s address doesn’t seem to work. I receive my notification just fine, but the customer, who filled the form doesn’t receive it. I set up three different email templates, one for me and two conditional ones for the customer as he is supposed to get a different text, depending on some of his selections. But none of the two arrives.

    Hi @holly73

    I hope you are doing good today.

    Does your site use any SMTP plugin to overwrite the default PHP mail function? If not, could you please try it and see does that help?

    Also, could you ask your customers to double-check spam folders?

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

    Thanks for your help. I don’t know why, but it seems to work now fine.

    Btw, is there a chance to translate the “previous” and “next” buttons when using pagination?

    Hi @holly73,

    When you add the Page Break element then a new Pagination element will show above your fields when editing your form.
    So you can click on that element to open pagination options, switch to the Settings tab, and in there for Button Text select Custom which will allow you to set your own button text.

    Wow, thanks. I seem to have missed this.

    Even if it is off topic here: I have another minor issue. On Safari, the Step Label names for the Pagination progress bar are clipped. It works fine on Chrome, where it shows “Schritt 1” (where the 1 is in the second line), but on Safari I only see “chr 1” (with the 1 being also in the second line. Where can I make this more wide?

    Hi @holly73,

    Sounds like it can be fixed with some custom CSS. Could you please share a link to the page where you notice this behaviour in Safari so that we could have a better idea on what could be suggested regarding this?

    Kind Regards,
    Nithin

    Now I can, as the page is live since yesterday: https://sing-für-mich.de

    I guess you could fix it with CSS, but what I tried didn’t work.

    Hello @holly73,

    Could you navigate to your site WP-admin-> Appearance-> Customize-> Additional CSS and add the following CSS there, publish the change and check if that works for you?

    @media screen and (min-color-index:0) and(-webkit-min-device-pixel-ratio:0)
    { @media {
    .forminator-step-label {
    white-space: nowrap !important;
    }}}

    Do let me know if that works for you.

    Thank you,
    Prathamesh Palve

    Hi @holly73

    I hope you are doing well.

    I’m not sure if I’m missing anything, but it looks fine for me on Chrome and Safari:

    https://monosnap.com/file/9aS9jPraIT202Ykire35733Z1wU5JA

    The top one is chrome and bottom one on Safari Version 14.0.1 (16610.2.11.51.8)

    Best Regards
