send email ONLY after activation completed

Hi

WP has a capability where it sends the activiation key to confirm their email and activiate the account when a new user registration is happening. right?

Upon a new user is registered to the site, I understand that this plugin can send an email (Let’s say “Welcome email”) but it’s sending regardless the user is activated the account or not.

so i would like to check if there is any way to config the email (welcome email) is to be sent ONLY after the user is activated successfully using this plugin or integrated with other plugins?

Pleaes advise me on this.
