Send email Instead of print receipt?

Is there a quick way to send a buyer an email receipt without having to create a customer?

We are outside at an event and we do not have a printer with us (everybody is using their phones to take payments) so we can not print receipts.

Is there a way to have option of “Print Receipt” or “Email Receipt”. This would be very quick for people in order to send them a receipt right away.
