send email for recovery payment

Thank you very much for adding Recovery payment feature, but i think a little something missing. It will be better if you add a way so that admin can send an email to customer with recovery payment url. This can me automatic email like Renewal Reminders for software license and/or manually click and send email like resend purchase receipt.
