I think you are asking can you style the emails. Yes, you can, you need to include some HTML elements from your theme in the email template and then also include your theme stylesheet with the email in the plugin Settings page.
But bear in mind that all Public Subscribers get plain text emails and in such emails styling is not possible. If you want HTML emails for Public Subscribers you need the paid version of Subscribe2.
About the html emails I understood, but I wanna know for example:
I published a post called “The Earth” and I wanna that this title appears in the newsletter subject.

If you are using per-post notifications you will need to put the {TITLE} keyword in the Subject Line box on the Templates page for the notification email. If you are using Digest emails this isn’t possible as the email is designed to include more than 1 post.
