Send Data to CRM

    Hi,

    I’m a fan of your plugin. Used it more then 30 websites of different client. But here is one request that few of my clients are asking for –

    Is it possible to send the captured data (Name, Email) of the user and send it to a 3rd party CRM or Google sheet. I can see you guys provide rest API. But I’m not sure where to start. Any instruction would be helpful.

    Hi Rana

    Thank you for getting in touch with us and for your kind words.

    You should be able to do this with our REST API with ease. Do you want to send a new chat’s data through, or an offline message’s data?

    Hi Jarryd,

    Thanks for your reply. The data would be basically for the CRM as lead. So we’d only need the name and email. maybe for both online and offline.

    Do you have any documentation on supported methods and parameters ?
