# Send Customer SMS

 * Instead of emailing the customer, I’d like to SMS them.
 * Sending the SMS is easy with my phone provider and twilio (if your phone provider
   doesn’t offer a sms api.)
 * It would be a string to a php script I’d make like /sms.php?phone=XXXXXXXXXX&
   MSG=JHKJHJKHJKHJKHJKH
 * Is this a possible add-on? Or how can I hook that in?

 * It sounds like you know about WordPress’s hooks system and how to use it. If 
   so, you’re looking for the `rtb_insert_booking` hook, which fires whenever a 
   new booking is created:

 * The hook will be `rtb_update_booking` when an existing booking is modified. If
