Send custom user fields in the "new user email notification"

I would like to know how complicated would be to send the custom registration fields in the new user email notification.

Is it something that can be supported by the plugin with minor modifications (where would those modifications need to take place) ?

Do you know of any other plugin that could complement this one in order to achieve what I’m asking ?
