 * after a very long time…
    I have just a short question: would it be possible to
   send a) the confirming e-mail to the booking person again b) the mail to the 
   event tutor again?

    To the tutor: no To the
   booking person: yes. Easiest method: create a template and use that in the RSVP
   mails to the booker, after that you can use the same template in the “Send mails”
   submenu of EME
