 * Is there a way for someone to send an automated message to another user on a 
   click of a button? I need this feature for private messaging. Also, is there 
   a setting somewhere so that offline users can receive emails when someone in 
   the site sends them a message?

 * I tried using the REST API to send automated messages, but the request returns
   false with the code 403. I’ve been trying to ask them about the API since a few
   days ago and the support hasn’t even bother responding.
