send a message and chat not working

    Hello I have buy the premium version. Now the users cannot send a message or chat because the are not a pay’d member? How can I disable this? I want that the can send messages and chat without to pay anything.

    I disable the premium and now the can send messages!!! But how can I enable the chat?

    Hi,

    You should create a free category in the payment tab and set what you allow to accede (chat, sent msg, display photo…).

    Great I did that and messages works but still no chat and i have Enable Chat & Webcam and Enable chat.

    Hi,

    • Chat must be enabled in Rencontre > General > Display
    • You need 2 users connected, you can only chat with connected user 😉
    • In Rencontre > Payment, check “Enable chat & webcam” and “Enable chat“
    • For webcam, your site must be HTTPS

    Aha, thanks Jacques, “You need 2 users connected, you can only chat with connected user 😉” that was the solution
