Selling online services

Hi,

I am creating a website for selling graphic design related services online. Which means I need to collect information about the design from customers.

How can I do that?

I’ve found a way after purchase to redirect customers to a form page. However, the form page is accessible to anyone with a link and it’s a separate thing from the purchase, which means I don’t know if the person filling out the form actually payed the money or not.

Is there a better way?

The best example would be Fiverr. You pay the money and then get to describe your order. How can I achieve something like that with WordPress and WooCemmerce?
