selling not used themes

    Hi,
    I wonder, if I want to sell themes that bought from themeforest or envato, can I do that? I didn’t made any changes, I am not using it on my site, I also have the support time period for this theme.
    Is that legal to do it?

    * The theme is for one site not unlimited.
