selling not physical products

If I want to sell a ‘service’instead of a physical products, how do I install or name this in woocommerce. I mean, somebody orders a service, say an old woman buys a ‘service note’ of 50 euro (how?) and for that amount I’ll go to the bank, a shop, with her car for maintenance…
How to set up this in woocommerce?
