• Firstly, great plugin! Very useful.

    For the last 5 weeks (Since Aug 14, 2019), the log is not showing the system emails notifying us of a sale on woocommerce. However, the emails are being delivered to us.
    “WP Mail Logging” is showing the emails sent to customers.

    In short, the logs have always shown 2 emails per order. One to us, and the one to the customer. Now, only the email sent to the customer is showing.

    I hope you can help.

  • I don’t think he can. As you can see several of us reported same problem long before you did and there was no response. And on top of it this plugin is now sold to MailPoet.

    Time to change to something else. But to what?
