Self-Hosted Blog – I Want to Run it from its Root.

  • Hi everyone; my blog is currently running at: http://bottomline-radio.com/blog. I want it to run at http://bottomline-radio.com.

Do I MOVE the index.php file FROM the blog folder to the public_html directory or do I copy(reproduce it so that it exists in both the blog and the public_html directory) it. Same question for the htaccess file. Do I copy it or MOVE it.

Also, I use the DEFAULT Permalink settings so is it necessary to modify it anyway? If so, what does modification consist of and how?

    Thanks
