Selecting "no shop site" not possible

hi guys

thanks for woocommerce. i like to have NO Shopping Site where no products or catgeories are listet. on admin-> products you have to select a shopping site and it´s not possible to let it emty or just make a own idividual site.

i use the following trick: select another site as shop site -> save -> deselect the site again -> save

so i can use my own shop site: http://www.paragliding-academy.com/shop/

problem: everytime i make changes in the dashboard, the products are shown again on this site
